FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Our charges are based on hourly rates, charged in units of 15 minutes.

Brief assistance, such as telephone advice lasting less than 5 minutes will not be charged.

The hourly rate charged will depend upon the degree of skill and competence the work in hand requires.

Our policy is to offer advice so as to minimise time we spend on routine matters, thereby assisting clients to utilise the services which will help to develop their business.

Our charge out rates are reviewed at the start of each calendar year.

Our terms are that fees are settled within 21 days.

INITIAL MEETING

This initial meeting is to establish how we can help you and your business. There is no direct charge for this meeting.

In some cases, time spent during the initial meeting will contribute towards services you agree are to be rendered. A charge will be made for such services even though part of the service was provided during the first meeting.

FEE PROJECTIONS

We like to provide clients with an early opportunity to review whether our services are value for money.

It is often possible to provide written estimates of our fees prior to commencing work (e.g. accounts preparation/audits and special projects).

Our policy helps to ensure that misunderstandings do not arise, and enables clients to confidently instruct us to proceed.
